What’s next for my hair?

With the holidays coming up, it is time to make some hair plans. While I despise all of the shedding that occurs after having braids or twists, I’m dying to try Marley twists. So I made the appointment to go get them done closer to Thanksgiving and purchased the hair yesterday since I was off for Veterans Day and had time to go to the hair store. Now you may be thinking, “Do them yourself!” My answer to that is always “No.” While I would like to save the money, I’m no braid technical and would rather not have my hair become matted or suffer serious damage from a self-install.

Now the question is how long this will take. I am hoping no more than six hours.

After the take-down I’ll let my hair rest for a bit and then get a much-needed trim.

Jamaican Twist hair and Mane 'n Tail Braid Sheen. I'd never even seen the braid sheen before so am excited to try it out.
